The Heritage Foundation Funds

Centennial Endowment Fund

An endowment fund with the financial aim to have a capital base of $20M by the School's 125th anniversary in 2028.

This endowment fund will generate income in the future that will ensure the School continues to maintain its independence and retains its special character and qualities.

Student Scholarship Fund

An active specialist fund, the financial aim is to continue to build and maintain a capital base of at least $500K.

As the fund grows, the Heritage Foundation is increasingly able to support students pursue their Personal Best. Since inception, 18 student scholarships have been awarded, enabling them to participate in extra curricular activities of a high calibre, across a range of fields - academic, arts, music, leadership and sports.

Staff Scholarship Fund

An active specialist fund, the financial aim is to build and maintain a capital base of at least $500K .

Gifts to and income from this fund provide enhanced professional development for our staff, thereby assisting the school to retain and attract staff of the highest calibre, thereby enabling our valued staff also pursue their Personal Best. Since inception three staff scholarships have been awarded.

Building Fund

An active specialist fund, which is project specific.

All funds raised are passed through this fund to the School to support specific projects. This enables Diocesan to continue to provide the buildings and facilities necessary to ensure the delivery of an education that enables girls to achieve their personal best. Current fund raising is focused on stages three and four of the School's ten year plan, delivering a new swimming pool complex, all weather sports turf, and underground parking.

Chapel Fund

An active specialist fund from which capital and income may be used to strengthen and enrich the spiritual environment of the Diocesan School family and enhance the fabric of our chapel.

Recent projects include replacement of the chapel chairs, and choir robes.

Dio Arts Fund

An active specialist fund from which capital and income may be used.

The aim is to enhance the opportunities for Diocesan students to expand their cultural growth, focusing on the fine arts, music, and performing arts.

Sports Foundation Fund

An active specialist fund - the aim is to build and maintain a capital base of at least $200K .

This fund enables development and recognition of the sporting talents of Diocesan students, providing additional support where necessary to raise these talents to elite levels. The Sports Foundation takes a leading role in raising and granting funds.
