Applications for 2028 close on Friday 29 May 2026.
2029 and beyond: Applications for 2029 and future intakes are now open.

To apply for a place at Diocesan complete the online application form. Closing date for applications is approximately 18 months prior to your daughter’s entry year, and will be published on this website.
An application requires a non-refundable fee of NZ$300. You will need your daughter’s NZ birth certificate or NZ passport, or current passport and visa, along with a recent photo and her latest school report.
If your daughter has any educational assessments e.g. Educational Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, SPELD, Auditory Processing, please upload these with your application.
Around 18 months ahead of your daughter’s year of entry our Admissions Team will be in touch with you to request additional supporting documentation. When all the requested documentation has been received it will then be reviewed by our Senior Academic Team.
Following the review of your daughter’s application and supporting documentation you will be advised if your daughter has been selected for an interview.
Students are offered a place formally in writing. You will have a week to accept the offer. When you accept you will be asked to pay a non-refundable enrolment fee of NZ$1750. This represents your commitment to accepting the place offered to you.
