If your daughter has a passion for the arts she couldn’t find a better home to foster her talents. Our exceptional team ensure all girls have the opportunity to experience the power of performance first hand through specialist teaching in Music, Singing, Dance and Drama as well as itinerant tutoring.

Includes Music, Drama, Dance, Debating, Kapa Haka, Stage Challenge and Theatre Sports. Our Junior High School Choirs are Virtuoso Voce (Years 7 and 8), Bella Cantoris (Years 9 and 10) and St Cecilia Singers (Years 9 to 13).
We also have orchestras and symphonic bands for all levels and interests, and girls can join smaller ensembles including hand bells, rock and jazz bands.
We have very talented teachers and coaches, and there are all kinds of opportunities to shine.
All Junior High School girls can get involved in our annual musical productions, whether that means taking to the stage and acting, singing or dancing or supporting from the wings with lighting, production, make-up or costume.
Students can sit external examinations, take part in regional and national competitions, and even take up artistic opportunities with the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra, NBR New Zealand Opera, the Royal New Zealand Ballet and through our da Vinci programmes.
