The Diocesan Heritage Foundation was established to bring our community together and enhance opportunities for all girls to grow the courage and confidence they need to positively shape the future.
For nearly 25 years, the Foundation has led fundraising efforts to support the School as a leading independent girls’ school in New Zealand. The Foundation has established three integral pathways of giving.
From the beginning, your gifts have helped the Foundation to create opportunities through significant endowments for scholarships for students and staff, gifts for key projects and bequests which all have been gratefully received. Thank you, your gift will last a lifetime.
Contributions to the Heritage Foundation can be made by way of: Donations, Pledges, Gifts in Kind, Endowments and Bequests.

Help create opportunities for talented and deserving students and staff to reach their full potential.
The Diocesan Ko Tātou Scholarship was established in 2022 to offer opportunities for girls who would otherwise be unable to attend Diocesan. This is a 100% Scholarship for two students per year, commencing in 2023.
Enhance opportunities for students to grow their experience and expand their cultural growth or sporting excellence.
Support our investment in world-class facilities, future sustainability and the independence of our school.
Leaving a bequest to Diocesan School for Girls – whether big or small – is an opportunity to make a tangible and enduring gift to the school and, in doing so, helping to provide life-changing educational opportunities for generations to come. Bequests offer an opportunity to honour a loved one or to decide how you will be remembered. In many cases, legacy gifts serve to inspire others.
We deeply appreciate the generosity of community members who have remembered us through their estates. Bequests can be a cash amount, residual percentage of an estate, property, works of art or other gifts.
