Special congratulations to the major prize winners and while not everyone can receive an award, it is uplifting to see how many girls are engaged in pursuing excellence in its many forms – academic, arts and sports.
Each prize giving also acknowledged the incredible work of our teachers and deans who are committed passionate educators. The level of support for learning from Waiora teachers and for second language learners is outstanding.

The Mary Pulling Award recognises students who show potential and an outstanding contribution to the school in a wide range of areas. Academic ability is a consideration but the likely contribution of the student to the school is the deciding factor.
