Dio entered two teams into the festival.
The Year 9 team consisted of:

- Isabelle Brunton
- Maggie Croft
- Grace Larsen
The Junior Girls team consisted of:
- Maddie Worrall
- Scarlett Gwin
- Hannah McManus
- Indie Williams
On the first day of racing, our Dio teams did exceptionally well, with the Junior Team picking up the Gold medal, and our Year 9 team claiming Bronze.
Day 2 of the Road Race Event, was the Regional Relay Races, where our Year 9 and Junior athletes represented Auckland. It was typical Auckland weather – at various times wet, cold, windy and sunny, but that didn’t stop all our athletes winning medals!
Congratulations to Maddie Worrall, Hannah McManus and Indie Williams who won Gold for their age group (and gave the Senior athletes a run for their money!).
Congratulations also to our Year 9 Auckland reps, Grace Larsen, Luisa Haines, and Maggie Croft who came 1st and 2nd in their respective Auckland Year 9 teams.
