On Thursday 15 June, Grace Wellington, Sarah Kennard, Mikaela Fong, Georgina Pickles, Amy Guan, Emily Morrison, Alice Wellington, Louella Chabal-T and Qinah Huo competed in the Auckland Gymsports Championships at the Pulman Recreation Centre. Our gymnasts competed in all four disciplines: Women’s Artistic, Tumbling, Trampoline and Rhythmic to outstanding results. The results were as follows:

Women’s Artistic: Grace Wellington, 1st place Senior International; Sarah Kennard, 3rd place Step 8.

Tumbling: Grace Wellington, 2nd place National Grade; Mikaela Fong, 2nd place A Grade; Georgina Pickles, 3rd place A Grade.

The tumbling team of Grace, Mikaela, and Georgia took 2nd place overall.

Trampoline: Alice Wellington, 3rd place A grade.

Rhythmic: Qinah Huo, 1st place Level 5; Louella Chabal-T, 1st place Level 6.
