Dio Archers Selected for Trans-Tasman Challenge
After a series of rigorous competitions and comprehensive evaluations, two outstanding Dio archers have been selected to represent New Zealand in the 2025 Trans-Tasman Challenge, with one representative in each category.

Every two years, Archery New Zealand selects a youth team to compete against Australia in this event. This year the event will be held in Christchurch.

  • Yanlin Yang (Year 10) has been selected to represent New Zealand in the Under-16 Women’s Recurve category.

  • Ashley Zu (Year 8) has been selected in the Open Women’s Barebow category.

Congratulations to Yanlin and Ashley on your selection, and all the best for the upcoming competition!
