Ruby is our current Netball code captain and a member of the Dio Senior A netball team.

Ruby started playing netball at the age of 5 and picked up umpiring in Year 9 where she umpired school level at Auckland Netball and Windmill Road competitions.

Ruby was one out of two umpires selected for this tournament to represent Auckland Netball which is incredible considering the large number of umpires that umpire for Auckland throughout the netball season. At this tournament Ruby will be observed and coached by a Nationally appointed panel.

This is a huge step in her umpiring pathway and we wish her all the best for the week.
