Scarlett Marlo competed in all disciplines in the NZ Freestyle Junior Nationals, held at Cardrona and run by Snow Sports NZ.
Scarlet achieved great success in her first year of competing at the Nationals:
- Silver Medal (2nd) – Girls U16 Slopestyle Nationals
- Bronze Medal (3rd) – Girls U16 Big Air Nationals
- Bronze Medal (3rd) – Girls Overall NZ Freestyle Ski Title
We are proud of her achievements especially given the lack of snow in the North Island, limited gym & trampoline sessions due to covid and minimal on-snow time in the South Island before the competition. She held her own against a very strong group of South & North Island freestyle programme skiers who had the advantage of being in residence in the South Island all winter.
