Congratulations to the following athletes on their success with their Underwater Hockey Teams.
Rachael Griffiths (13SE) represented New Zealand in the U19 women’s Underwater Hockey team at the Age Group World Championships in Kuala Lumpur. The team won bronze in a very tightly contested grade.
Montana Wilson (2018) played in the New Zealand U24 Women’s team, with Georgia Child (2011) as assistant coach, and they completely dominated the competition taking out the gold!
Thomas Holdom (Dio Senior coach) also was a member of the New Zealand U24 men’s team which won gold!
