Over the holiday break, Xanthe Miller (Year 13) proudly represented New Zealand in the prestigious Tri Series swim competition held in Ballarat, Victoria.
Designed to offer high-level international experience for emerging athletes, the Tri Series brought together elite swimmers from New Zealand and Australia in a spirited display of talent and teamwork.
Xanthe competed as a member of the New Zealand Black team, which delivered a remarkable performance to finish second—just 100 points behind the winning Australian team. This marks the closest New Zealand has ever come to claiming victory in the Tri Series, making the achievement even more impressive.
