Our Year 7 and 8 A Football team attended the Football Central Zone day at Mt Roskill Intermediate last month.
The girls had a great start, winning all three pool games, and not conceding a goal.
Moving through to the first round of the play off’s the girls were looking great on the field, and after a 0-0 draw at full time, they moved into a penalty shoot out.
They started off strong, with some incredible saves by our goalie, but just missed out on the win. Coming back strong the girls won their final two games, finishing 5th overall.
