The Term 2 school holidays kicked off with the Dio Cycling Club picking up a range of medals at the NISS Cycling Champs in Cambridge.
The Junior A TTT team made up of Indie Williams, Maddie Worrall, Mika James and Chloe Xiao continued their amazing form this season and won Gold in the U16 age grade.
Our youngest team members, Year 7 and 8 Blue consisting of Alyssa Burrows, Stephanie Yuan, Sam Bethell and Charlotte Barker, also made the podium, picking up a well-deserved Bronze medal.Â
Senior A and Junior B came close to podium, picking up 5th and 4th place.
The squad carried on with some great results in the afternoon:
- Lily James: Gold in the U17 Criterium
- Phoebe Ulmer: Bronze in the U13 Criterium
- Mika James: Bronze in the U15 Road Race
- Alyssa Burrows: Bronze in the U13 Road Race
