Our Premier Water Polo team enjoyed an exciting and highly successful few days competing at the 2026 North Island Championships in Auckland over the weekend.
After a strong tournament, the team faced Rangitoto College in Sunday’s final, with a packed crowd of Dio supporters creating an incredible atmosphere. In a tightly contested match, the team showed determination to secure a thrilling 7–6 victory.
A special congratulations to Belle Imlah (Year 13) who was named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player and Juliette Laury (Year 11) who was named Most Valuable Goalie.
