During the July holidays, six Dio students were selected to compete at the New Zealand Under 18 Girls National Hockey Tournament in Palmerston North.
Congratulations to Charlotte Waite (Year 11), Sophie Hodson (Year 12), Chloe Driscoll (Year 12) and Aimee Bradley (Year 12), who were selected to represent the Auckland Under 18 B Team, and to Hollie Lawson (Year 12) and Tessa Lepionka (Year 12), who represented the Auckland Under 18 A Team.
A special congratulations to Hollie Lawson, who was selected for the Tridents Under 18 Squad following the tournament. The Tridents squad brings together the top Under 18 players from Northland, Harbour, Auckland and Pukekohe. Hollie will attend the Tridents Hockey Squad camp in October as part of the regional development programme.
