Year 7 student Savannah Hogg made Dio history at the 2026 Zespri AIMS Games, becoming the first Dio student to compete in BMX at the event.
Savannah began strongly, recording an impressive fourth-place finish in the time trials before going on to finish fifth overall in the Year 7 Girls racing.
It was an excellent performance and an exciting first for Dio at AIMS. Congratulations to Savannah on her outstanding results and for representing the school with such determination and pride, setting a strong example for future Dio BMX riders.
