The team had two good wins against Mount Roskill and Lynfield as well as a narrow loss against St Mary’s College, only losing by a few runs.

Notable performances came from Daisy Ellis, scoring 52 runs and Lottie Larkin, scoring 43 in the Mt Roskill game.

Casey McAnulty (4-17-3 and 4-21-3), Sophia Lawry (4-17-3), and Taya Poyner (4-6-1) also had great performances with the ball.

Overall, the attitudes of the girls were fantastic and a special well done to Phoebe Ulmer, Sloane Gibbons and Katie Cullen-Hieatt who were playing in this 1XI tournament at only Year 8!
