Students arrived dressed as some of their favourite characters, bringing much-loved stories to life and filling the Junior School with characters from across the wonderful world of books.

The parade was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the strong reading culture within our Junior School and the joy that books and stories bring to our students. From classic favourites to more recent characters, it was wonderful to see such enthusiasm and creativity throughout the day.

A heartfelt thank you to all the parents and whānau who helped bring the costumes together. Your time, imagination and support helped make the day so special.

Thank you also to everyone who joined in and helped create such a fun celebration of reading! It was a wonderful reminder of the power of books to spark imagination, inspire creativity and transport us to another world.
