The event brought together some of the country’s top secondary school distance runners, with teams of four athletes each completing a 2.5km course before handing the baton to their next teammate.

It was an exceptional day for Dio, with our runners completing a clean sweep of the girls’ competition, taking first place in all three categories – Year 9, Junior and Senior.
