In September, some of the Dio orienteering team competed in the Eden Park Sprint event, held at Eden Park. The girls had some great results on a tricky course:

Mila Walsh (Year 9) 2^nd

Charlotte Dalziel (Year 9) 4^th

Charlotte Locke (Year 8) 25^th (out of almost 150 entrants)

The Champions Sprint is how fast you run around the field. Unfortunately, times aren’t recorded for the students who mispunched, so this ruled out a couple of Dio girls. The whole event was so much fun, as evident in the team photos taken in the Eden Park locker rooms.
